The bathroom was massive with a separate shower, tub, vanity and toilet with its own door for privacy. The room had an ipad that allowed you to control just about everything from the bed. The bed was good size and extremely comfortable. We were able to tilt the television so that you could watch the game from the bed. We grabbed some food to go from one of the vendors in the casino and headed back to the room. It was hard to see the view because of the snow storm so we went to the casino to play some slot machines before kickoff. We checked in just after 4 o'clock in Sunday and got a nice upgrade. My first choose was Valentine's Day but it was all booked so we choose Super Bowl Sunday.

The offer was a copm room any Sunday or Thursday in February. Time will tell.My wife was able to get a comp room since she puts more money in the slots than I do. But then when you have more unusual orders you'll have the server trying to navigate menu after menu looking for this mystery drink. I'm sure there'll be some quick keys like the beers, Jack & coke, etc. If you've ever been to a restaurant where the server had to punch your order into a device tableside rather than writing it down, you'll realize how much this could actually slow service down.

Encore is claiming it will help speed up service, but I'm skeptical. Pros are that the drinks should be consistent in ratios. The server will go out back and put the order into the machine and it will dispense it rather than the server giving the order to a bartender to fill. In other words, you'll still order from a server. They aren't for customers to use (like the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines you see), they are for 'back of house' bartending. Also reporting that there may be a layoff coming of 70 emloyees but Encore says no. Local paper reporting that automatic drink dispensers will be installed sometime in future.
